Created marketing plan for 3 months keeping both branding and lead generations

The bifurcation of awareness and lead generation was 60:40 in 1st month, 50:50 in 2nd month and 40:60 in 3rd Month

The platforms used for branding was Facebook, YouTube and GDN

For lead generation, the focus was on FB, Google Search, MagicBricks, Taboola and 99Acres

The Audience we defined on two different interest categories – one with real estate related and the other one was related to parenting and parenting tips

We were able to generate 2000 leads in a span of 2 weeks at a CPL of Rs.1,652

The Qualification % of leads was in between 50-55%

We were able to achieve 500-800 Site visit overall in a week

Against 250 units of Phase-1, we were able to get 400 registration in 2 weeks and the entire project got sold out within 2 weeks
